How a job runs
Drawing received
Send a drawing, a sketch or a sample. We talk through what you need and what budget you are comfortable with, then quote the job.
Mould or pattern made
Where the part needs one, we cut the mould or pattern in-house on our own CNC.
Formed
The sheet is heated and formed: vacuum, drape, blowing or matched moulds.
Trimmed and machined
The formed part is trimmed and machined in the same plant, on 3, 5 and 7-axis equipment.
Delivered
Finished parts leave the Burnaby plant, shipped across Western Canada and the U.S.
